Will Supernatural Be Renewed For Season 11?

So far we haven't heard much on the possibility of Supernatural being canceled for the 11th season. But we also haven't heard much on the possibility of it being renewed either.  Hopefully, with the size of the fandom and the way it has gone in the past, it will continue on.  I don't see any way of the ratings going down, it is popular enough.  We will just have to wait and see!!

Dates That Every Cardinals Fan Needs To Know

So we all know that opening day is getting closer and closer.  But to hold us over until then, here are some important dates we need to know as Cardinals fans.

Tuesday January 6th- The Hall of Fame Class of 2015 is announced. The most likely Cardinals inductee would be John Smoltz. Other players who would most likely get a spot are Pedro Martinez, Craig Biggio, or Randy Johnson. Also Mike Piazza, or Jeff Bagwell.

February 19th- Pitchers and Catchers report  The words every baseball fan wants to hear.  On February 19th the pitchers and catchers for the Cards will be down in Jupiter Florida to get ready for the 2015 season.

February 24th- All position players report All of the players will be in Jupiter Florida to get ready for the 2015 season and the beginning of Spring Training.

March 5th-Cardinals vs. Marlins in the Exhibition Opener The Cardinals will play the Miami Marlins in the Exhibition Opener for the beginning of spring traning for the Grapefruit League.  Be sure to remember to root for the Cards in their first game.

April 5th-Opening Day FINALLY!! Opening Day for the Cards will be against the rival team Chicago Cubs. The worst part? It is being held at WRIGLEY FIELD.  Oh well, I guess the Cards will just have to show the Cubs who's boss in their home field.

Heyward Batting Second For St Louis This Season

With the recent trade between St Louis and Atlanta the Cards have now lost RHP Shelby Miller and have gained outfielder Jason Heyward.  Last season Matt Carpenter batted first in the lineup.  Most likely he will be batting first again this season, given he is able to get on base most of the time.  With Heyward batting second, that leaves Holliday for third.  With his RBIs, batting average, and HR count it would be good for him to drive in any runs from Carpenter and Heyward.  After witnessing a Matt Holliday homerun, I think he would help the team in the third position.  Hopefully the Cardinals can go farther this season than last season.
